The “Legion of Merit of Italy” along with the Association “Ieri, Oggi e Domani” and the “Cavalieri” of #NewJersey organized a gorgeous event, held yesterday evening in honor of Monsignor Hilary C.Franco, who received a “Lifetime Achievement” Award.
